During a release “kick-off” at work we tried out Open Space Technology, which is a simple way to take a group of people and get them jamming on some ideas. It worked out pretty well, even if the organizational elements of the effort seemed a bit kooky to us. Check it out.

Depressing. Originally uploaded by M. MacKenzie My trip to Diefenbunker yesterday really has me thinking about how close the world came to destroying itself fairly recently. This kind of thing… a briefing format/outline for how to tell the higher ups that we’ve been attacked with nuclear weapons just blows my mind.
